Moxa Long Stick – Artemisia vulgaris

Moxibustion therapy, widely used all over the world. It is made from compressed dried mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) and cut into smaller pieces for easier use during therapy. These small cuts are burned to apply gentle heat on specific acupuncture points or painful areas of the body.

Usage:-

Light the tip of the moxa cigar (small cut) until it glows.

Hold it 2–3 cm above the skin (do not place directly on skin) over acupuncture points or targeted areas.

Move it in circular or pecking motions for 5–10 minutes per point.

Extinguish safely in sand or moxa extinguisher after use.
